How much does management cost?
Our commission is 20% of rental revenue. There is no set-up fee and we cover 50% of cleaning costs. We offer special terms for villas, larger properties and owners with several homes.
Do I need to be in Tenerife?
No. Our local team takes care of guests, cleaning and maintenance. You receive a monthly report and have a dedicated contact who speaks English.
Which areas do you cover?
The whole of Tenerife, including Costa Adeje, Los Cristianos, Playa de las Américas, Arona, San Miguel de Abona, El Médano, Granadilla de Abona and Arico.
Who does the cleaning and maintenance?
Our own staff: our cleaners and maintenance technician are employed by Inmoviva7. We do not use outside contractors.
